Mar, 2024 Moved our Northampton branch into it’s new home to Sheaf Close industrial estate to better assist our clients. As our name gets out into the market-place our team soon out-grew the initial Northampton city based office. We made the decision to try something new and open our office within an industrial estate near to many of our clients to provide a more cohesive recruitment partnership.
Nov, 2023 Titan successfully received it’s GLAA licence. Showing a commitment to our compliance processes. This is a huge step for us reaching into a new sector to supply food based workers. Not only this but GLAA also examine your processes to ensure they meet the high-standards of compliance required for this licence. Which we passed on first application.

Oct, 2022 Opened our 3rd branch into Northampton. The expansion continues! From our Coventry office, we were noticing a big demand for our reliable recruitment services in Northampton so we took the leap to open our 3rd office.
Aug, 2022 Took the step to bring Payroll in-house ensuring a fully ring-fenced inhouse recruitment function. With a lot of scrutiny from HMRC surrounding outsourced payroll, we made the decision to bring this function fully in-house and operated via our payroll and compliance team. Eliminating risks of unscrupulous payroll practices to both candidate and client.
Jan, 2022 We released our paperless registration system to move ahead with technology and environmental concerns. Titan begin to review their processes and how to improve their standing in the sector. Our new process feeds candidate information directly into our CRM, removing the amount of paper we use as a business and also streamlining the registration process.
Oct, 2021 Our internal headcount reached 20 members. With Coventry in full swing and the establishment of our compliance/payroll team and social media hire. Our ranks swell to more than 20 staff.
Jan, 2021 We began the process of hiring our in-house compliance and payroll team. As our temp numbers grow, we need a dedicated team to deal with worker compliance and payroll issues. Freeing up our consultants to continue to deliver our recruitment services where they are needed.
Oct, 2020 Moved our Walsall office into our shop front headquarters in Bridge Street. With nearly 10 members in Walsall alone, we needed an office premises to suit our growing branch. We moved into a professional shop-front premises.
Jan, 2020 Coventry now well established, we moved into our shop front premises on new-union street. We’re here to stay. We invest into a shop front premises to get our branding out there.
May, 2018 Titan Recruitment hired our 10th person. With the expansion into Coventry and solidifying our staffing in Walsall, we hired our 10th consultant allowing us to keep up with our continued growth.
