Duties of a Warehouse Team Leader.

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff to maintain a productive and positive working environment.
• Support with Warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate loading, and unloading
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and reporting discrepancies
• Enforce health and safety policies and ensure a safe working environment
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance

Candidates satisfactory after a 12-week period will be offered full time position with increased salary.
