Due to continued growth and the success of winning a major new contract, Titan Recruitment is excited to be expanding our team! We are looking for an ambitious Industrial Recruitment Resourcer to join our fast-paced, motivated and friendly Industrial Team.

The successful Industrial Recruitment Resourcer will start on a temporary / contract basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. You’ll also have the chance to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role with full training and support provided.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively sourcing and screening industrial candidates
  • Advertising vacancies and managing job boards
  • Registering and interviewing applicants
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
  • Carrying out regular check-ins with our temporary workers

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is an advantage, but not essential
  • We welcome applications from ambitious graduates or those with backgrounds in sales, customer service or administration
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of recruitment compliance
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
