What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Business Development: Expand existing accounts & drive new opportunities
✔ Account Management: Build strong relationships with clients & candidates
✔ Candidate Management: Proactively identify, engage and screen candidates to match them with the right opportunities.
✔ Negotiation & Placement: Secure offers & ensure a smooth onboarding experience
✔ Mentorship: Support junior consultants & lead by example

What We’re Looking For:

✔Recruitment experience (ideally within Transport & Industrial) with a strong passion for business development

✔Target-driven & motivated to succeed

✔Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills

✔Resilience, adaptability & a proactive mindset
