Titan Recruitment is looking for production operatives to support our client’s operations in Hampton in Arden. The role involves assisting in the assembly of roof trusses, maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and quality, and working as part of a busy production team.

Key duties, shifts, and requirements

Main duties include:

  • Assisting with assembling roof trusses

  • Ensuring accuracy and maintaining attention to detail

  • Carrying out general production duties

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred

Shift pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

  • No weekend work

Pay: £12.70 per hour
