Titan Recruitment Limited are looking for a contractor(s)/suppliers to carry out energy reduction works at our premises based in Ground Floor 105/7 New Union Street, Coventry, CV1 2NT. We are tendering for quotes for the completion of the following:

• .Upgrade single glazed windows to double glazed UPVC windows
•  Upgrade current single glazed shop front to a aluminium double glazed shop front
• .Upgrade storage heaters to energy efficient units in office and WC/Kitchen areas
• .Upgrade all fluorescent lighting to LED

We expect to commence this project as soon as possible i.e. end of December 2025 with completion by end of February 2026 at the latest. We will assess each bid for the tender in the following way:

• Price (40%)
• Timescales (40%)
• Experience/track record (20%)
